Following the DC's intimation that he wishes to stand down, nominations are now requested for a successor to take over the position.

District Flag
The 2013 District Flag for the Scout Section is taking place on the 25th - 26th May at Daviot. It will start at 10am on the Saturday and finish at 3pm on the Sunday. More details to follow.
Regional Commissioner
Following the resignation of Ann Fotheringham a few months back, the Scottish Chief Commissioner has now appointed Dougie Simmers as the new Regional Commissioner. He will officially take on this role from 1st April.
Many, if not most, of you will know Dougie and all will wish him well in his new role and thank him for all he has done for Gordon in many different ways. He will be relinguishing his current appointments as Insch GSL, District Night's Away Advisor, and District Appointments Chair.
